IT support position with this warehousing distribution facility. Support of 300+ users in 14 locations. Must have three years plus of proven hands on technical support for HW / SW break fix workstation support. Supporting network and software application use and procedures. Working with MS Access, MS SQL, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. Maintenance of internet and intranet sites. Performing basic UNIX and SQL administration tasks. Experience with Relational databases is a plus. An A+ certification is a plus. Working closely with other support technicians, network and systems administrators, and IT management. Must have excellent customer service skills.
